• We want to deliver our products to You as quickly as humanly possible, in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
• Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases and lifts in their packaging before you place your order. Product dimensions are included in the Product Information on our website.
• There will be shipping chargewhich will be calculated as per size / weight and distance of delivered address . Our Primary shipment services are Gati, Safe Express, Delivery etc..
• All shipments will be shipped within 4-6 Weeks based on your location.
• Products will be delivered in box or packaging only. Open box delivery is neither done from Rustic Home Side nor from our shipping partners side.

• Our Time Burification :-
  • Assigning = 24 - 72 Hours (Assigning the order to our manufacturing/workshop)
  • Crafting = 4 - 40 Business Days (Crafting, Painting & Quality Check.)
  • Delivery = 40 – 60 Business Days {Packaging & Delivery (From warehouse to your doorsteps)}

Delivery :-

Once an order is shipped from our warehouse maximum time for delivery will be 7-10 days with in the India. Exact delivery time varies from place to place.

Generally, On shipping of your Order, You will get a Call or whatsapp from our end to your registered contact details, stating the details of the shipment and its service through which your Order has been shipped. Some of the shipment services engaged by us that offers tracking of orders and you can track the status of your shipment by visiting the websites of such service providers. The details of tracking orders, if available, shall be mentioned in the shipment notification send from our end.
