Conditions For Cancellation

  • The word "customised" itself specifies that the product is only manufactured/designed on behalf of the customer himself/herself. Once the order details are confirmed, at the very same time manufacturing for the product will get started, hence it cannot be cancelled and payment cannot be reversed.
  • Payment for customise order will be fully advance, just like other orders. The payment for customise orders will be non-refundable in any case since we started manufacturing of the product immediately after receiving the payment.
  • Returns will be accepted only for Damaged products. Refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available.
  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 24 hours of delivery with a proof i.e. with images or videos. For more details please contact our customer care to assist with you the same.
  • Products/ Items should be UNUSED.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
  • Return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.
  • Any products damaged post-delivery to the customer, shall not be accepted for return. If in any case it accepted (depends on the team RUSTIC HOME), then he/she will have to bear cancellation charges of 10% and transportation charges for both sides.

Conditions for Return :

Items can only be returned in case, it has been delivered in damaged condition.

**Please note

  • We do not allow returns on the products sold in sale or discount. Only regular price items will be eligible for returns until and unless they're unused and have not been removed from its original packaging.
  • We provide replacements but no refund is allowed in case of in transit damage.

RUSTIC HOME have all rights to reject returns for any order.

All our products are insured by the insurers from our end while they are in transit. In case of any damage it is a request from team RUSTIC HOME to share images and videos of the product/products with us on our email or on whatsapp numbers within 24 hrs of delivery. So that we can start the process with insurers. Any request of replacement or return after 24 Hrs can be rejected by RUSTIC HOME team. If in any case return is accepted in such cases customer has to bear transportation charges of both sides i.e. reverse pickup and replacement.

Returns are only accepted for the following reasons :

  • Damaged Products
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incomplete Products
  • Incorrect Product

RUSTIC HOME will pickup product that you wish to return from your door step. However locations where we do not have reverse pickup facility, We may request you to self ship the product to us.

**Please note:

  • Customised items cannot be returned.
  • Reverse pickup request will be sent to our shipping partners with in 24 Hrs after we receive it from your end.
  • Reverse pickup of any product from customers house might take 7-10 working days.

If your refund request is accepted, refund will be processed within 48 hours. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways, Usually takes 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account.

Certain instances in which returns cannot be accepted

  • The product is damaged due to misuse.
  • Any sort of damage or defect which is not warranted by the manufacturer.
  • Any product which is not returned with all the original packaging and all the accessories inclusive of box & packaging from manufacturer’s side, if any, and each and every item originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Exceptional case of Transit damages/Returns :

Open delivery is not provided so kindly check the packaging thoroughly and if you find the packing in torn condition than please make a remark on the receipt before accepting the damaged packing such as 'Goods received with damaged packing'.

After opening the package if the goods are also find in damaged condition than you need to inform us/email the picture of the damaged product to us within 2-3 days of receipt of the goods with order reference number at:- info@rustichome.in

We shall evaluate the extent of damage and let you know if this can be easily fixed locally (minor/moderate damages) and shall send the required material and wether the user/buyer/client is to bear expenses for repair or Rustic Home to bear the reasonable local carpenter cost.

Please note solid wood furniture grains and tone may differ from product to product and may not be exactly the same tone and grain as shown in any image. This is due to the natural signature of the wood.

Upholstery colour may vary slightly from the ones shown in the images, this is due to minor variations from batch to batch from the manufacturer of fabric.

Please note in the case the goods are marked for replacement or return in the extremely unlikely scenario, the client bears the responsibility to pack the goods well in their original packaging. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of any promise of replacement or return made by anyone from the team.
