Customise Order Policy

A customised product is a product that is made according to specific requirements or preferences of the customer. It is tailored to meet the unique needs of an individual or group of individuals. A customised product can be modified in terms of design, colour, size, features, or any other aspect that the customer requires. Customised products are often more expensive than standard products due to the additional time and effort involved in their production.

Terms and Conditions for customise order :-

  • The word "customised" itself specifies that the product is only manufactured/designed on behalf of the customer himself/herself. Once the order details are confirmed, at the very same time manufacturing for the product will get started, hence it cannot be cancelled / changed and payment cannot be reversed.
  • Our all products are custom make so please allow some minor variation in wood work or measurements. We ensure that the Products supplied correspond as closely as possible to the samples in our website and catalogues, but they may vary due to unique and characteristic variations and availability of natural materials. We are not responsible for any such variations, which add to the unique quality of the Product
  • We will send raw wooden furniture pics before painting/ polish .pls check it carefully, after confirming ok Any changes after painting on final products not possible. In any case if changes were made it will cost extra.
  • We will send final products pics with all customization as you needed like paint finish / polish / distressed level before dispatching, any changes on final products not possible .
  • Similar knobs and handles are subject to availability. In case of any major change we will ask this before using on product.
  • Due to handcrafting and hand finishing, There may be natural variations in colourand texture of wood that are not product flaws, they make your design truly one-of-a-kind.
  • Depending on your screen settings and resolution on your device there may be a slight variance in fabric colour and wood polish/paint of the image and actual product.
  • Payment for customise order will be fully advance. The payment for customise orders will be non-refundable in any case since we started manufacturing of the product immediately after receiving the payment.
  • Customised orders can take up to 3 - 5 weeks of time to dispatch it from our premises. If in any other circumstances the order is getting delayed, we will update you regarding the delay. We always strive to deliver the best quality products, and for that, we require sufficient time to make the necessary changes as per the customer's requirements. We are not liable to share each and every step/details of manufacturing process after the order details have been confirmed by the customer.
  • All arrangements for installation of furniture will be provided by customer . Rustic home is not liable to arrange carpenter for furniture assembly.
